Installation services are not included in the product price. Installation charges are separate and may vary depending on the complexity and type of the product selected.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, it must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be entertained.
Cleaning products with water or low-quality cleaning agents may cause rust or damage to the finish. We
recommend using a dry, soft cloth.
Note: Physical damage caused by mishandling is not covered under warranty.
If a replacement is approved under our policy, the customer will be responsible for any associated installation or scaffolding charges required to replace the fixture.
Unless explicitly mentioned, invoice tax is not applicable under reverse charge. If reverse charge applies to a specific transaction, it will be clearly mentioned separately on the invoice.
In the unfortunate event of product breakage, the company is not responsible for any resulting damage to flooring, marble, furniture, or any home décor situated underneath the product.
Divora Luxury Lighting & Decor is not responsible for any injury or accident caused due to product breakage or chandelier falls. While we ensure high-quality manufacturing, such incidents may occur due to installation errors, structural issues, or reasons beyond our control.
