    Damaged or Incorrect Products

    Unboxing Video Required

    In case the product arrives broken or is not working, we kindly request an unboxing video of the item. This helps us raise the issue with the appropriate logistics partner and speeds up the resolution process.

    Replacement Timeline & Charges

    The timing of your report determines the eligibility and cost of replacement:

    Within 48 Hours
    Issues reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for a 100% FREE replacement.
    Within 7 Days
    If reported within 7 days, a 20% charge of the order value will apply, and a replacement will still be provided.
    After 7 Days
    Issues reported after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
